While AB962 (banned various ammunition) was defeated in California in 2010, it’s
appearing again as Senate Bill SB124. The bill would outlaw many types of
ammunition commonly used for hunting or target practice and add to the list of
gun laws that lack common sense.
With this in mind, the Redwood Gun Club has invited members of the California
Rifle and Pistol Association to attend our September 12th meeting.
Mr. John Fields, Executive Director and Tom Pedersen, Legislative Liaison, will
provide us much needed information about this latest legislative effort along
with time for questions from the audience.
They will provide background information on the development of this proposal
and explain why we need to continue to protest these laws.
The meeting will be held at usual location (First Baptist Church Del Norte & E.
Street in Eureka)
I suggest you arrive early as seating is limited.
